  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, such as prescription lenses, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition).

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
